How to request deletion of your account data

    Send us an email to request the deletion of your account data.

  3. Processing Time

    Please note that it usually takes 3 to 4 working days to process your request. We will confirm the deletion once completed.

  4. Use Your Pixel ID Email

    Please ensure that the email address you use to contact us is linked to your Pixel ID account. This will help us identify and process your request more efficiently.
